TERMS OF SERVICE
--By commissioning me you agree to these terms--
· Live2D Art and Live2D models are applicable for commercial use like streaming and content creation.· Please be specific with your requirement, revisions may incur a minor fee.· For Live2D rigging commission, a zipped file with ready-to-use model (runtime file) inside will be sent to client. Original model file (.cmo3&.can3 file) will not be provided to clients.· I may use the model as examples and post on social media (every example I post come with watermarks), please let me know if you want to keep it a secret.· I have the right to refuse any applications/further add-ons.· The showcase video does not include in the commission, if you want to know whether if I can make the model showcase video or not, please discuss with me :3!· The upfront payment will not be refunded after it's paid.· Partial refund is possible before the model is completed, the amount will depend on which stage of the work I'm up to.· Refund is not acceptable if the model is completed.· Original model file (.cmo3/.can3 files) will be deleted after [6 months] without remindings from the client are planning to do upgrades/changes in the future.
Payment & Workflow
· Only accept Paypal as payment method at the moment.________________________
ーーーーーCase①ーーーーー
· Client will receive an email with [slot] and [price] clearly written if their commission has been accepted and if client's Live2D art file is compeleted and uploaded.

After client has confirmed the information, they will receive an invoice via Paypal for upfront, the upfront will usually be 50% of the total price.

Client will be put to waitlist after the upfront payment is confirmed.________________________
ーーーーーCase②ーーーーー
· If client's Live2D art file is not compeleted and uploaded yet, client will receive an email with [slot] and [time period client should submit the .psd file] clearly written if their commission has been accepted.

After client has confirmed with the information, they will receive an invoice via Paypal for upfront, the upfront will usually be $1080.
↓↓
Client will be put to waitlist after the upfront payment is confirmed.
The accurate price will only be told to client after I have received the complete Live2D art file. After the Live2D art file is submitted and checked by me, client will receive an email with accurate price.In this case, if client cannot submit the model art file within the [time period client should submit the .psd file], they will be removed from waitlist.______________________

· I will contact client again when I'm ready to start working on their commission. Meawhile I will send the client an invoice for the rest of the price thru Paypal.I will only start working on client's commission after the full price has been paid.↓↓
· Progress videoswill be sent to clients every few days.
↓↓
· A video with all the toggles/animations/etc. will be sent to the clients to check if anything is missing.
↓↓
· After checking, a zipped file with ready-to-use model (runtime file) inside will be sent to client.
↓↓
· Any bugs/things missing will be fixed/added if reminded by client/if I noticed any of these.
(there might be few issues that I can not fix due to Live2D Cubism's function limit at the moment)

· Commission finished.
